ROXANRY – Refund & Returns Policy Official Policy – 2026

1. Policy Priority and Legal Notice This Refund and Returns Policy is the only legally binding document of ROXANRY. Any information presented through advertisements, videos, landing pages, product pages, social media content, influencer content and messages including WhatsApp, Instagram, email or any other channel is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, promise, commitment or assurance of results. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that this policy supersedes all marketing or promotional content.

2. Product Disclaimer ROXANRY products are beauty and wellness devices only. They are not medical devices, do not replace professional or medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Individual results regarding skin appearance, eye area improvement or anti-aging effects may vary and all use is at the customer's sole responsibility. ROXANRY is not responsible for outcomes that do not meet personal expectations, individual sensitivity to the device or results arising from improper use.

3. Marketing Content Disclaimer Any demonstrations, testimonials, before and after comparisons, stories or statements used in marketing materials are for demonstration purposes only. They do not guarantee results and should not be interpreted as a promise of outcome.

4. Improper Use Use of the EyeRevive device in a manner not aligned with provided care and usage instructions, or in combination with substances or environments that may damage the device, voids any eligibility for returns, refunds or claims.

5. Shipping Information Estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days. In exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as holidays, customs delays, strikes or force majeure, delivery may take up to 35 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

6. Returns Policy Due to the nature of personal beauty and wellness devices, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Opened, used, damaged or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.

7. 60-Day Refund Policy Refund requests within 60 days of delivery are subject to verification. Customers may be asked to provide usage documentation or additional information. The product must be returned with all original packaging, labels and components intact. All returned products are inspected upon arrival and if signs of use, damage or tampering are found, the refund request will be declined. Approved refunds may be subject to cancellation fees, payment processing fees and shipping costs. ROXANRY reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, incomplete returns, missing documentation or suspected abuse.

8. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not available if the product was opened or used, if packaging or components are missing, if the product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price, if the product was received as a gift, if skin or eye area results did not meet personal expectations, or if an individual sensitivity to the device occurred.

9. Defective Products If you believe you received a defective EyeRevive device, contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos or video evidence. Each case is reviewed individually and manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection may be eligible for replacement.

10. Lost Shipments If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROXANRY shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial or emotional loss, skin or health-related outcomes, or loss of income or third-party claims. All use is voluntary and at the customer's own risk.

12. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled before shipment in accordance with applicable law. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

13. Privacy All customer data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

14. Policy Acceptance By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that they have read this policy, understand all terms, agree to all conditions and acknowledge that this policy overrides any other statement or content.
